Soap nuts are harvested from the soap berry tree and are de-seeded to separate the shells which are used for various cleaning purposes. Soap nuts contain a natural agent known as saponin which in contact with water creates sud that can be used for cleaning.
Soapnuts can be used for cleaning basically anything, from washing clothes, as liquid soap, cleaning and shining ornaments, household cleaner, etc.
Soap nuts are highly-effective and gentle at the same time.
